BBQ Chicken Wings

Barbecue Chicken Wings?

Just so you don't get bored (or overwhelmed!), here's a super easy version of my recipe!

So you know - make no mistake! This recipe is just as good as my main BBQ wings recipe.

But when you're short on time - or worse - surprised by visits from unexpected guests, having a recipe like this at your disposal can help prevent all kinds of disasters.

In fact, when you follow the recipe below, you'll discover a way that you can always be prepared and never be caught off guard.

Trust me, I know. (So does my chef!)

Ingredients (Serves 4-6 bbq wings):

1 kg of chicken wings
Water for cooking wings
1 tablespoon of salt
black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon each of spices (your choice) for the chicken

Try these:

    garlic powder


Wash and clean the wings thoroughly. Dry with paper towels.

In a large pot, place the chicken wings and pour in enough water to cover them.

Add salt and let boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.

After you're finished boiling the wings, place them onto a dish. Coat the wings with your choice of 'special' combination of spices, pepper, and salt (if necessary).

Cover the wings with aluminum foil.

For the best results, the foil-wrapped chicken should be left in the refrigerator for a few days, but if time is short, however, 1 hour is my recommended minimum.

Put the wings on the barbecue previously greased with oil (so as not to stick) and grill until they're a lovely, golden colour.
