Easy Barbecue Chicken Wings Recipe!

Everyone likes wings - right?

This recipe is so good, it'd be a shame to have it only during the summer.

My Chef is asking why is this barbeque wing recipe so good?

I'll tell you....

Not only do we get that special flavour of an outdoor barbeque, but we have an almost exotic combination of simple seasonings!

Have a look over these ingredients. They're amazing. Can you imagine the taste?!

I can't wait to get started....

So let's fire up that barbecue again!

Ingredients (Serves 3 wings):

6 chicken wings
2 large onions
1 teaspoon of oil
2 tablespoon of honey
1 slice lemon
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of spice for chicken to taste
Sweet pepper spices to taste

Directions:

Wash the chicken wings, completely. Then dry with paper towels.

Peel the onions. Wash thoroughly. Finally, cut them into rings. Squeeze them to let out the juice and add to wings.

Pour into a jar 1 teaspoon oil, 2 tablespoons honey, the juice from one lemon, the garlic, and all the rest of the spices. Shake vigorously to mix everything well.

Combine the wings with contents in the jar and place into the fridge for 1 day. This is the best way and tastes amazing!

When you're ready, grill the wings for about 30 minutes, (15 minutes for each side). The wings should look beautifully roasted and golden in colour!!

Like I said before: Crispy outside, soft and light inside! Right, Chef?

My Chef's Tips:

This barbecue chicken wing recipe goes great with vegetables...

Veggies and Wings!

...or buns or potatoes - or all three!!

And of course, in summer, a salad is always a welcome addition with a barbeque dish! (Thanks for reminding us, Chef)!

Bon appétit, everyone!
