2 chicken wings
1 medium cabbage (white or Italian)
1 green pepper
6 tomatoes, fresh or canned - remove the skins
100 g of mushrooms
1 tablespoon oil
2 onions, finely chopped
2-3 litres of water
parsley for sprinkling
Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. Dry with paper towels.
Cut the cabbage, pepper, tomatoes (without their skins), celery and mushrooms into medium-sized slices.
Place the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the just cut vegetables into the pot. Begin to saute.
Add the chicken wings and chopped onions. Continue cooking until everything is heated.
Add in the water. Bring to boil over high heat. Then turn down the heat to low-to-medium. Continue simmering until wings and vegetables are soft.

This soup will taste better if you add just a few spices. Thing like this, in combinations you like: curry, parsley, pepper, dill, basil, garlic, basil and red pepper. Just a quarter teaspoon is all you’ll need in most cases.
This cabbage chicken soup diet is a low-fat soup. It has lots of fibre that everyone needs to be healthy!!! And it's not necessary to add salt to this soup.
When you’re ready to serve this soup, garnish with a little chopped parsley. Have a garden salad, too, as a side option.
