Many times when you barbecue chicken, it can come out rather dry. And you don’t want to serve your family and friends anything like that - right Chef?!
So I’ve added lots of ‘wet’ ingredients for this recipe to give us a very lovely sauce. By making this sauce, you’ll be making a chicken that is juicy, tasty, and fantastic!!
And, as far as bbq chicken recipes go, this one's easy!!! Believe me!!
4-5 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons lemon zest
Peel the onion and wash well. Then cut them into small pieces.
Also, cut the cloves of garlic into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lemon juice. Then add the pepper and lemon zest to taste.
Now coat the chicken breasts with the mixture you just prepared and let it marinate for about one hour in refrigerator.
Then place your breasts on the barbeque and grill both sides evenly for 5 to 6 minutes, in order to make a beautiful, golden colour. Watch out that they don't burn!
When done, the chicken will be juicy and delicious!
To make this bbq chicken really the best, serve it with a large garden salad. You’ll have a gathering that is perfection!
